SHIPPING POLICY
We at Moonlight Apparels, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as ShipRocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Charges: Fijool offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD).

Timelines: We generally take two to three days to Pack and ship your products in addition to the number of days taken by our partner to delievr you the product.

There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

PAYMENT POLICY
Shipping: We only process orders for India locations.

Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can mail your cancellation request to us at customersupport@fijool.com .

Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI. We also offer Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option for a maximum of ₹10,000 total order value.

Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
